In 2004 UPC, as the financial partner, acquired 13ha on O’Rorke Road, Penrose leased to James Hardie Limited, which operates this as their New Zealand manufacturing & distribution centre. Three years later UPC increased its investment in this property to 100%. The property continues to remain under long term lease to James Hardie Limited.
